When they forgot about the mobile shop and the yogurt and loaves ran out, Dmitry grabbed it on the way from the city, and in the evening we had food on the table. And we didn’t have to go for it, we sunbathed and swam. So tell me, do you know many places where such a good attitude towards vacationers, who, moreover, are seen for the first time? In 2014, my wife and I came for the second time with our son. We immediately noticed that the house had become really more convenient: the dining room was unloaded, as it was separated from the kitchen, another bedroom was added, an entrance hall, lining took shape, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, water supply appeared - now the well is not really needed. At the same time, everything is like on the site - they provided a 7% discount as regular customers, and for my little son's birthday - he received a personal discount of 77%! So tell me, do you know a lot of places, when you come to rest after 4 years, will you get such discounts? The staff is just as responsive, my wife and I somehow, sitting by the fire, even had a feeling, as if we had returned to the good old place. And money can't buy that. We needed greenery in our ear - my wife approached the manager and asked - they gave the green light to any from the garden. They didn’t take the money, it even seemed to the wife that they were offended. On the second day of rest, I had a problem with the engine - I lost the cap with the cork on the tank neck: (When the engine is raised, gasoline pours out of the tank into the lake. I called my friends, they called the company, it turned out that the item was ordered - wait a month. Well, I think , swam in. I went up to Dmitry, he just listened, went and took off the same one from one of the estate motors, which turned out to be the same as mine and gave it to me to use until the very end of the holiday. So I solved the problem in 5 minutes. Without taking a single ruble. We didn’t see any dumps either, the garbage from the houses is taken out in bags (the bags are free) into closed containers, and the owners take them out from there. There is a pile of construction rubbish, as after repair, because it is located quite aside and did not interfere with anyone. Well, for example, there are garbage dumps near Moscow, for example, in Sheremetyevo, so why now consider Moscow a garbage city and the Moscow region a garbage place? Rave. After all, in the suburbs there is also Rublyovka, and in Moscow there is also the Kremlin. Therefore, if the author Oleg needs a landfill, let him live there. And who needs a good house - do as we do with the family - live in a good comfortable house. About the toilet: there are toilet seats, waste is septated by bacteria, there is an air freshener, there is a little smell only in the heat in the immediate vicinity of the toilet, closer to home everything is OK. For the summer, an acceptable option, but for this money! Nobody bothered us. It was on the lower Don, people from the energy sales company came in, knocked, took readings, and that's it. What's the problem then? Are we vacationing on a desert island? The photos on the Teplen site of the estate are completely real and ordinary. Everything is just like that. Therefore, we think that EVERYONE should behave decently and adequately, both on vacation in the Teplen estate and on this forum. Of course, the Teplen estate has room for development. Here it would be necessary to finish the pier, and it is more convenient for boats, and for fishing with a simple float fishing rod. Wi-Fi is slow, often falls off - but here it looks like the provider is more likely to mow. When it rains, I want the toilet to be right in the house. It is only clear that if it is in a city-level house, then the price for renting a house will immediately increase by 50 percent or even more. Someone may not have enough service such as ignite at a disco, animators and so on. But this is honestly stated on the site of the estate, but for some, on the contrary, it’s even for happiness Moreover, the price is very even divine.
