If I understood everything correctly, because I never once saw a children's disco on the terrace in the evening, but they definitely gathered children.

Yes, for lunch and dinner a card, one drink each. So what? Grab your glass with your meal and head up onto the terrace to the bar and drink it all the way while it's being poured (until 11pm). We have already spent the card only on the principle that once we have it, we must take it, although alcohol has already reached its limit, because you drink on the beach all day))). Bar on the beach - the queues are small, who needs water, you can ask without a queue, sometimes bend over the bar and just take it with the permission of the bartender. The guys work what they need - politely, with a smile, they endure Russian rudeness and nit-picking. If you really press it, you can even play your own music in the bar (although it irritated the musical taste of some tourists, Arabic motifs are better). And by the way, Europeans with green bracelets were also expelled from our bar on the beach - their bar is there by the pools, go there. And they had a lot of queues there, more than ours. So I see absolutely no problems. Canned beer, light undiluted. Whiskey with apple juice went with a bang. The juices are concentrated, but they don’t look like yuppies, they are tasty, no worse than our packaged ones. Slippers - a lot of hedgehogs, the bottom can be seen very well, but anything can happen.
    The cleaning of the rooms was good, everything was always replenished and changed. The general manager came twice and was personally interested in the quality, whether we are satisfied with everything, whether we have enough of everything. It was very nice.

    There is no coffee. There is something called "American coffee", but it's definitely not a normal Americano.

    "Rescuers". There are lifeguards at the pools and on the beach. At the pools, their task is to interfere with rest. Periodically, children are kicked out of the pool, periodically - just everyone (all this during official opening hours). Why - can not explain. They asked to call someone from the management - once a certain person came with the keys, said "swim under your responsibility." I couldn't explain what the problem is. In the future, whistles and attempts to expel simply did not pay attention.

    In the sea, a child (not ours) took a sip of water, people tried to shout to the "rescuer" - he appeared when the girl was already pulled out and the woman ran after him.

    On check-in and check-out. Our check-in was in the evening. We arrived tired and hungry. They settled quickly, though in a triple room everything was only for two, but this issue was quickly resolved. There was a queue at the entrance to the restaurant and the girl said "wait until there are no free tables." After 30 minutes, the picture has not changed.

    Vacationers suggested - you can just go to the restaurant from the main entrance. Why was such a mockery of the newcomers invented?

Of course, it doesn’t cost anything for some young and healthy person to run up to the third floor and not even out of breath, but when you are well over 60 and have problems with your knees and ankles, stopping the elevator immediately turns your vacation into a torment.
    It is obvious that the hotel urgently needs to re-equip its fixed assets (considerable costs are ahead for the owners). Maintenance workers, currently characterized by laziness and inattention to the requests of vacationers, need to change the way they work. Otherwise, they should be fired.
    Currently, the hotel is clearly designed for young and unpretentious people. Older people should think hard before going here to rest.

    5. The condition of the room is a separate sadness: it takes at least 10 minutes to drain cold water to hot. Toilet flush button broken. Water does not pass in the shower (drain). The shower is dirty, cracks in the tiles and on the ceiling (see photo). The plaster is crumbling. The dimensions of the bathroom (shower + toilet + washbasin) are such that the half-open door rests on the front of the toilet. And the open shower door covers the entire space. Dirty washbasin. For all 5 days of rest, he was not washed even once (see photo).
    6. In the morning we asked the reception to change the room. Listed all the problems that were found. We were refused, they said that there were no available rooms in the hotel. It was a lie, because the buildings were dark (in the evening or at night) and the dining room was only 25% full.
    7. The bed linen is gray, the towels are washed out, they look like they were in use for a long time (see photo).
    8. Cleaning of rooms for three and below: dust remains on the furniture and floor (see photo). With us, the dust has never been wiped, it can be clearly seen in the photo. The bathroom is not disinfected. After leaving a “tip” and a note asking us to clean the room well, they laid out towel swans for us, and the cleaning was not carried out more thoroughly. The time spent by the cleaner in the room was recorded - 8 minutes (30 m2). He folds the bed and partially changes the towels (there were cases when they folded back the towels we threw on the floor - the global sign of "dirty"). Vacuum cleaner and wet cleaning in the rooms is not carried out.
    9. The bed is changed only at the request and monetary reward (checked).
    10. Towels are taken away, but they never left complete sets for three.
    11. They asked me to pick up the bathrobe for washing. Clean (in exchange) was not provided. Three days out of five there were 2 bathrobes in the room for three guests.
    12. The furniture is old. The bottom of all furniture is dirty, rotten, moldy (see photo).

    13. On the day of New Year's Eve, the traditional dinner was cancelled.
    14. There was no specific placement (fixed seats in the hall) for pre-paid tables at NG. They suggested that the three of us sit down on two chairs at a large table where people were already sitting. They promised to bring a side chair, and after all (other) guests were seated, they would be moved to another table, if there was one. After the refusal, they offered a table behind the stage under the music speakers, opposite the toilet and the waiters' counter (where the plates are cleaned).
    15. Having paid 157 dollars. per person, we learned that this price does not include drinks.
    16. Service by waiters was not included in the paid price. An additional bill was issued for the service.
    17. Waiter Ahmad Alkhazayumeh can't speak English. Ignored calls to him.
    18. At the same time, up to 100 guests had to serve themselves (buffet). Long queues, crowds with plates, noise, scandals.

    24. After refusing to sign an additional check (services described above) for 35.310 dinars, the service stopped altogether. The waiters, having received an order from the managers, ignored the empty plates with the sign “completed”.

The administrator of the restaurant of Afro-Asian appearance, passing next to us (all days after New Year), muttered curses and insults (easily translated) and looked with an angry, displeased look. Although we paid the issued check at the reception on the morning of the next day, we really did not want to spoil the vacation.

    Resettlement! This is a song! And judging by the reviews - not only with us. There were a lot of us Russians - on a Boeing, something around 400 people (180 people in our hotel, and the same number in the neighboring Marina Plaza) And on Thursday (officially the last working day for the Arabs) They settled us for a long time and fun, hours four! During this time in the assembly hall - the Russians managed to quarrel with each other several times, and the Jordanian youth, by the way, never raised his voice, did not change his face and in general - an imperturbable smile did not leave his face during this time - not once! ! Our endurance should learn from them!
    Personally, we were among the last to receive numbers - we sat, patiently waited, at times, of course, joined the chorus of dissatisfied people, because everyone's nerves after the flight were bare. But - more wise compatriots - immediately went to the beach, to the sea. As a result - everyone got rooms, in the lobby or in the assembly hall - no one stayed to spend the night! apartments - wi-fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, safe, kettle, shower - everything functioned properly. Room on the second floor with a view of the sea and palm trees! The beauty!
    Beauty is everywhere - and for this alone - I'm ready to forgive all the shortcomings)) Immediately upon exiting the main hall (reception), an amazing view of the sea and mountains opens up - blue, huge! The hotel itself - all in greenery, flowers. Everything is very beautiful, well-groomed!
    About food. We are not picky tourists. We always found something to eat and drink. And places to eat - also did not have to look. But I heard reviews of compatriots - oh, again there is no coffee - as always! (this means that the coffee has just finished, but you should wait a maximum of 5 minutes and they will bring it again) Ah, there are no forks / napkins / knives at the table. But - there are special girls / boys waiters to whom - you should approach and explain on your fingers what you are missing - how they will immediately correct the situation. This was not always the case, at times the "dining room" (that is, the main restaurant) was also half empty. As for the food itself - only chicken? Not true! I do not eat meat - in any form, but I have never gone hungry. For breakfast - cheese, eggs, buns, sausages, yoghurts. Pancakes and scrambled eggs are fried - for this, though the queue is small, we did not take it - but we already had enough.
    For lunch - there are soups, there are several types of side dishes, chicken, fish (ALWAYS - you need to look better!) lamb, salads, desserts.
    Dinner is even more varied. I didn’t really focus on food, but my boys, for example, ate well and with pleasure. So - everything is fine there with food, well, if you don’t wait for foiegra for breakfast, of course.
    As for drinks - yes, worse! Only for breakfast we could pour coffee/tea/milk/juices ourselves. The rest of the time I had to stand in line for them - inconvenient. But, it’s true, I haven’t met such restrictions that I haven’t met 1 glass in one hand (as they say) - take at least 6 if you take it away. We had "all inclusive" - ​​from drinks (alcohol) vodka, whiskey and beer. Someone had a "super all inclusive" - ​​in my opinion, they also relied on wine and fanta / cola. I didn’t delve into it, because I didn’t suffer without it.

    There is also a "beach restaurant" on the beach (that's a big word) - but they also serve drinks and after dinner snacks. No problem, you won't stay hungry, you won't die of thirst.

    Once again about the territory - large, beautiful, well-groomed. Many (foreigners, including) simply filmed this beauty around - the Sea, mountains, greenery, flowers, birds)) There are really few sun loungers. But on the first day, we just settled down on the green grass, spreading towels, because we don’t want to spoil our vacation by looking for these very sunbeds, in vain hassle. What for? In the following days, oddly enough, we had enough sunbeds without occupying them from 6 in the morning.

    A little further from the Marina Plaza Hotel - there is a stunningly beautiful bay - there are chic yachts, souvenir shops, an alcohol store, by the way (with a very friendly seller)), a self-service store where you can find everything from baby food to fishing tackle. The bay has a variety of fish and hedgehogs. My child caught these fish on a fishing line along with other children - it was a delight! (removed by moderator; unauthorized advertising)

    We took a 3 in 1 tour. These are hot springs, the Jordan River and the Dead Sea. The tour took the whole day. But emotions now - a year ahead! If we manage to visit this amazing country again, we will try to get there again!
    The next excursion is going out to sea on a yacht. Declared as 4.5 hours, but we spent time there from 10 am to 4 pm. It's cool! This is the sea, the sun, the breeze! It's an indescribable feeling! We swam to the Japanese garden - these are corals, all kinds of fish - crystal clear water that holds you by itself! Even I - who, unfortunately, cannot swim in a mask - saw this beauty through the water, saw how corals play with all the colors of the rainbow in the sun, how colorful fish dart back and forth. But - they were at a depth .. I don’t know - at least 5 meters for sure!

    Then there was a (specially) flooded tank, also at a depth of at least 8 meters, but then again - I saw this tank completely without a mask - tracks, a cannon, an open hatch .. Such beauty, such incredibly clear water.

    Something like this ... 2 times went to the city of Aqaba on a special free bus from the hotel. Friendly local population, although they almost do not speak Russian, they do not understand it. But we found everything we wanted, bought, tried, walked everywhere - explaining ourselves in broken English and using gestures.

    Here are some impressions. We spent only a week there - but Jordan has taken a firm piece in my heart. I want to go there again! I recommend this hotel and this country to those who need a really good rest on the sea, in the sun. Who will go to appreciate the beauty around and not the service and the absence (at times) of forks at the table and sunbeds on the beach. And yet - Jordan is such an original country. At least for now, they have the priority of the indigenous population, and we, tourists, are still guests. You shouldn't forget about it. Yes, we go there with money, but they have plenty of their own wealthy citizens - who rest at the same hotels, but do not stick out their well-being at all. We must remember that we came to visit, in a foreign country. And here - for dollars and not even one - no one will tap dance in front of you. They value and respect themselves very much. I really liked them, by the way!
