It turns out you can ask him everything and buy it, well, oh well, we’ll keep it in mind for the future!))), we met at the airport, there were no problems with the departure back, they brought it to the hotel (by the way, we didn’t drive for a long time, I mean about the races in hotels), quickly settled in the room and VACATION STARTED FULL!!! Hurrah!)))

Rested with my husband from 16 to 23 January this year. After reading a bunch of reviews, I decided - come what may. There were many fears. But all experiences were in vain. We were seated quickly. The location of the room was by far the best. On the first floor. Our room was spacious with a terrace overlooking the pool and beach. Also, many wrote about the weather, that it is cold in January, do not swim. Rave! It turned out that this is the season. The beach is large, clear water, sand. The beauty! The staff is friendly and smiling. Always ready to help. I really want to note the hotel guide Mugand! Cool! He speaks Russian well. Doesn't push anything, but on the contrary, advises. Music at the pool and in the bar on the beach was until the evening. There are several nightclubs on site, but everything starts there after 12 at night. All in all, my husband and I really enjoyed our vacation! And the hotel! So have a nice rest and impressions from the wonderful United Arab Emirates.

Good day. We rested at the hotel from November 25 to December 2, 2015 with a large company. We are completely satisfied with the hotel. There were seven of us. They settled us in two rooms - one near the pool, the other in a bungalow, near the sea. We were delighted! The rooms are awesome. Everything that needed to work, nothing was broken. Cleaned regularly every day when it was convenient for us. They fed very well. There was so much variety of food, just like in Turkey. Even the quality of the food here is much higher. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Quality drinks and alcohol. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. The sea is awesome. But it was necessary to adapt to the tides and bays. The hotel is far from civilization, but this is only a plus for us. We didn't get bored here. They broke away as best they could. Rested very well. Thanks to the staff for their care and concern! We will definitely visit you again.

Pleasant and friendly hotel.I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 3 year old son. Either we are not picky, or the lack of rest for several years makes itself felt, but we were completely delighted with the hotel, staff and recreation in general! Most importantly, you need to understand where you are going and what to prepare for, in which case the trip will not disappoint. We flew to Al Maktoum Airport, it takes about 2.5-3 hours to get to the hotel, traffic jams are possible in the evenings, in general, the road is long and tiring. They are warmly welcomed at the hotel with drinks, or rather with juice from the machine, he is a yuppie from my childhood "just add water", we did not meet Russian speakers at the reception, but everything went well anyway.
We got the room on the 4th floor, 409, the room is good, small, everything you need is there, I will attach a photo of the room. The windows overlooked the road, towards Bollywood, cars often drive, yes, to the alcohol market, but it didn’t bother us, at home it’s much noisier outside the window. Beach. He's gorgeous! The availability of sunbeds depends on the races, we had periods that at 12 you could come and find a free one, but there was such a thing that at 7 in the morning we had to run to borrow. But we got tired of it very quickly and we just lay on towels further away from people. They looked at us with pity, but in fact it is much better. And the child had room to run around and we did not interfere with the neighbors by playing ball, and many of the sunbeds are already not so hot and frankly stink. Plus, at 11.00 a bar was opened and the aroma of beer, cocktails and tobacco was carried along the beach ... Therefore, it is definitely more convenient with a child on the sidelines, since the beach is large, there is where to stay. You can walk along the beach to collect stars, and crabs live in the stones. For 100 dirhams you can ride a jet ski for 20 minutes.
The entire territory of the hotel is located in the courtyard, or rather it is a beach, a swimming pool, two lawns and a gym. All this pleasure closes at 18.00, unfortunately, and this is perhaps the only and huge minus of the hotel. The child in the evenings demanded to "run", and there is nowhere to run, except perhaps in the parking lot, but this pleasure is doubtful. All our evening leisure was shopping, but by the end of the second week we knew the entire range of nearby stores with prices and happily shared our knowledge with fellow countrymen. There are many shops around. On the left side of the hotel, bollywood, centro, emirates, on the right I don’t know the exact name, but the sign says "from 1 to 20 dirhams", although the prices are of course more expensive, right if you walk for 20-25 minutes there will be a Monar mall, there corrifour supermarket. There is also a children's Entertainment Center(this is a question of evening leisure), but we have a hard time with English, so they didn’t even come up to find out, although my son asked very much. We went mostly on foot everywhere, according to reviews, I was waiting for tracks with crazy traffic, but this is not so .. There are not many cars, compared to St. Petersburg, drivers often miss, there were no problems at all with crossing roads. Nearby is a beautiful mosque. Many write that their services interfere. They really pray day and night for the whole district. But we really liked this "neighborhood" and with whom we talked at the hotel, too. This gives just a fantastic oriental flavor and a special atmosphere.
About food. We took breakfast and dinner, all inclusive, it only makes sense to take it if you plan to drink alcohol, a lot of alcohol, then the price pays off, otherwise you will never pass this money, the difference in cost. Firstly, in the heat there is not much and you want to, and secondly, the Afghans are cheaper. We dined with them several times, their lyulya is not tasty, they spoil it with spices, my husband recommends lamb, I red fish fillet (20 dirhams), their son smoothies (10 dirkhs). Yes, the establishment looks very simple, but the food is delicious, the guys are nice and no one has any problems with the digestive tract. The food in the hotel is gorgeous, I can’t pick up other words! The choice is monotonous, but there is so much food that, with proper alternation, nothing became boring in two weeks, even when I return home I cook salads like theirs, simple and very tasty. Sweets they seduce oh how! But at dinner, drinks are paid and expensive, a cup of tea from the package is 20 dirhams, + 10% for service. I hope the staff will not read my review, but we collected cakes in a container and drank tea already in the room, since everything you need is there. At breakfast, they also collected sausages in dough and muffins, this is quite enough for a light lunch. Shop for juices and milkshakes. Thanks to the travelers for the feedback! They are really tasty and not expensive. In general, the easiest way is to make friends with one of the fellow countrymen with all incl. and then there will be no problems with drinks and snacks, there are a lot of Russians.
The service and maintenance is wonderful. All employees are very nice! Children really adore, everyone is known by name. Tanim is the most important friend of all the children of the hotel, he cuddles everyone, scolds everyone in his arms, kisses him on the cheeks, but I still don’t understand who he works there, he doesn’t speak Russian badly and we turned to him on all hotel issues. For sweets we went to Ramiz's fur coat shop, he has a whole vase of them there, they also approached him for all sorts of questions, he always helps, prompts and even ordered delivery from an Afghan restaurant a couple of times when we were too lazy to go. He lives there for a long time and knows a lot. And so, we liked all the staff, very polite and delicate.
We went on excursions from Coral Travel. In Dubai, everything is together, it’s hard of course with a group, it takes a lot of time to gather a group, we weren’t lucky with a guide, we couldn’t count us correctly, because of this we lost a lot of time. But when we went to the toilet for 5 minutes, and we warned her, the whole group left ... thank God we then accidentally met a person from our group, otherwise I have no idea what we would do, she did not leave us a phone number. They wanted to show the child an oceanarium, allegedly "one of the largest in the world", but in fact in St. Petersburg it is much better. But in principle, we passed the standard program, and that's good! My husband already went on a safari alone, he was disappointed, there is no smell of extreme sports, but for a fee you can drive an ATV. But I was delighted with the excursion to Abu Dhabi, the organization, the guide, the excursion itself, everything is super. The family wanted to go to Al Ain, turned to a private "guide" Shukhrat and this was our biggest disappointment of the trip! He quoted us a price of $300 for our family. He arrived as agreed on time, but already along the way it became clear that he did not particularly know Al-Ain and that where he was too. But we were positive, there is a navigator, we’ll figure it out, we thought. As a result, he brought us to the zoo, dropped us off, gave us a phone with a local SIM card and left on our own business. I already wrote about our English, with grief in half we walked around this zoo, zero pleasure. Do not expect escort from Shukhrat, as he himself admitted, he only "carries" and in general it was we who misunderstood him and misinterpreted his message. Honestly, the day was ruined, I sobbed. We drove back to the hotel. Upon his return, the husband, as an honest man, offered to reimburse part of the cost of gasoline, although for good it was necessary to send him to hell with such an "excursion"! He demanded half the cost .... and I would like to quarrel, but after six hours there was no strength left on the road. Well, okay, a family, a person has three children. But for me, it is necessary to work either well, or not at all! in this case, it's an absolute "no way"!
Definitely, individual excursions are very convenient, but you need to approach the choice of a guide with caution and all responsibility. Unfortunately, we were not lucky, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.
I recommend the hotel to families with children and those who just want to passively relax, lie on the beach and have a delicious meal.

We rested in February. They met us and saw us off in a Lexus jeep, although they told me about the bus, but this is better. We got to the hotel in an hour and a half. The weather and the bay are magnificent, the beach is clean, there are a lot of beautiful shells, the entrance is shallow, just right for the kids. There were not enough sunbeds for some, many were broken. The food is delicious, we only took breakfast, we ate in the morning, the menu was varied, there was everything and fresh fruits, vegetables, delicious sausage and not so sausages, eggs, scrambled eggs, cakes, you won’t stay hungry. The hotel itself is old, we arrived at night, settled us into a room, I was even scared, it would be okay if everything was old and damp, the windows were shaking a lot, because there was a night disco nearby, the child even cried, we washed and slept, in the morning what we saw from the window did not please , the exit was at a construction site and there was a pile of garbage. After lunch, construction work began with drills. I'm not picky, but it was awful. The phone rang and they themselves offered to change the number, giving two to choose from. We chose the one that is not damp, even though the view from the window is not the best, there are no balconies in general, the windows do not open, so the hotel is very damp. The hotel is old, the furniture is shabby, but everything is clean, cleaning and changing towels every day without asking and perfect. There are two pools. One for kids, one for adults. And here and there the water is ice cold, without heating. I didn’t even wet my feet there, it’s very cold. The location itself is convenient, there are many cafes, shops nearby, there is a shopping center and a water park nearby, the child is delighted, the prices for everything are cheaper than ours, only a little expensive taxi. We took an excursion to Dubai, studied at a gallop through the main attractions, spent a lot of time in the carpet store, yes they are beautiful, but expensive and none of us bought them, and the guide is handsome. they said that he is the best of those who accompanies, they took excursions directly at the hotel, but not directly through the tour operator. I think that this hotel pulls out only the beach, the staff, and, well, a good kitchen. The hotel itself is old and needs updating. Obviously, some problems with soundproofing and plumbing. Almost all rooms are noisy. There is a club in one wing of the hotel and in the rooms at night there is noise from music and cars (but if for young people with friends or a company that is going to actively spend the night, then I think it’s just right). In the other wing of the hotel, ventilation is noisy and technical. rooms from the kitchen, but at night almost everything turns off and becomes quieter. In the middle of the building, where the elevators are, the rooms have an endless hum, like in an airplane. We came across just such a number (((this low hum pressed on the brains day and night, without stopping. In my opinion, the rooms in the middle are the most unfavorable. * After our requests, on the 2nd day we finally changed the room. I want to note that on the 3rd floor of the hotel they began to make repairs!!! It's certainly good that the hotel began to be renovated, but the perforator and knocks began from morning until evening, this is when the hotel is fully occupied!!! this is a big minus of the hotel administration. Still, repair work is needed to do when there are no guests in the hotel.The rooms themselves, although not rich, but quite cozy and clean.Cleaning every day, towels are changed and hygiene products are reported.On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant / dining room for residents, a bar with drinks and snacks, a pub and nightclub. Meals. We ate according to the breakfast + dinner system (dinners can be changed for lunches, which is very convenient) in the restaurant / dining room - buffet style. Of course, the assortment is not rich, but everything is there. For me, it was so tasty. Everything was enough for everyone , you won't go hungry. In addition, there are very tasty desserts and pastries. Service. I want to note that the staff there is very friendly. Everyone is friendly, helpful and smiling. Beach. The beach is of course gorgeous. Pleasant, very clean, transparent, calm sea, practically without waves. Sand, sun, good coastline. The water is certainly a little cool, invigorating, but we swam. The weather is very comfortable, not very hot, pleasant breeze, but the sun is strong .. you won’t notice how you can burn out. infrastructure in the area. In my opinion, there is nowhere to go for a walk in the area. Within walking distance are a mosque, shops, local cafes, a supermarket and Rak Mall, to which a bus rides from the hotel or you can walk about 1.5 km. To other places you need to go by taxi. Conclusion: you can have a budget vacation in this hotel if you are not pretentious and will not spend a lot of time in the rooms.

There is silence in the evenings, after 21 the hotel dies out, there is nothing to do, we have not seen animation for 8 days of rest. We tried to find a disco about which everyone writes that it is noisy, but they did not find anyone fun. We played table tennis by the pool in the evenings. There is no where to walk, there is nothing interesting outside the territory. We didn’t hear any noise in the room, only the singing of the mosque interfered with sleep at first, then we got used to it :)) But I caught wifi in the room. were on the side of the pool, usually the connection is only there, in other places of the hotel it does not catch. The food is excellent. Alcohol was taken in a shop around the corner at the hotel, about which tourists have already written. Cleaning in the rooms is of course the main disadvantage of the hotel, at which they left a tip and no, there was no difference :)) towels not only didn’t change, they also somehow took away those that were and new ones, we waited for a day (it’s good that we had our own with us) and this despite the fact that we asked the cleaners several times, but shampoos and gels were set as expected every day, my daughter hung a sign on the door, I ask you to replenish it and everything stood, like they didn’t hang the sign, so they didn’t replenish anything :)) but these are trifles, in general the hotel is very good, everything is convenient, the sea is nearby, the water is clear, the ebbs and flows did not bother us, we swam every day. If you appreciate a quiet family vacation, this is the place for you. Young people there or a large company should come or it will be very boring. Although we are with a child, we love a more fun vacation :)) We went on an excursion to Dubai and took it from a young person. at the hotel (I don’t remember the name) the price is like 65 dirhams for the guides, but I want to warn you, the departure is at lunchtime and they don’t feed there, there’s no time for a snack and something to buy .. it’s very hard, especially for children, so take water with you, fruit, a sandwich or a bun, something you can have a bite to eat, in general, good, rich, but little time to see everything on the run, but we saw a lot in just one day. Most of our vacation I liked the IceLand water park, located 10 minutes from our hotel. We went by taxi, sat down at the hotel it costs 20 dirhams (approximately) 10 minutes and we are there, if you eat with children, be sure to visit it, there were many places and there is something to compare with, excellent, rested in soul and body, many slides for every taste, a park for kids, recreation areas, there is access to the sea and the beach, if you wish, you can swim in the sea without leaving the park, I highly recommend it. We arrived at the opening and were there until closing, almost the last ones left, the guard called a taxi and we got back to the hotel without any problems. The Emirates themselves were not impressed, the prices are more expensive than in Europe. Traveled as a family (married couple of 30 years old) with small children (2 children under 3 years old). First, about the pros for each evaluation criterion: 1. The staff works great! Everyone is very kind, friendly and caring. All requests are fulfilled quickly, do not go unnoticed. In the rooms every day they change the bedding, towels, clean, vacuum, even in closed cabinets they wipe the dust every day! The animation is all Russian, the girls are great - they conduct trainings with high quality, keep the children entertained, find an approach to everyone, including an adult! They cook very tasty! They quickly cope with the influx of hungry tourists, the restaurant is always clean! Marry (the waitress) surprised us so much - she knows all the children, she will find an approach to everyone, she gave the children gifts! Super! 2. I will talk about amenities below. 3. She said about cleanliness - the rooms are clean, the restaurant too! 4. I will talk about comfort below. 5. Price / quality Of course, taking into account the fact that food in the UAE is expensive (in Dubai it is 1.5-2 times, or even higher, everything is more expensive), then AI saves! So if you're only on the beach and all inclusive then this is a great option. 6. Location Good in terms of the beach - the sand is pleasant, the tide is small, gently sloping, far-reaching shore, excellent for children (and jumping and swimming through the waves), the water is clean, transparent, without jellyfish (as in Dubai), without any unpleasant or dangerous animals.

At times, the water pressure in the shower was weak, a couple of times it completely stopped flowing. To get hot water, you have to wait a bit. During a thunderstorm, the gym was flooded, but the next day it was already working. Of the minuses for me, there are also plastic cups for water / juices in the restaurant.
Despite some shortcomings, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. They went to meet us, and since the room was free, they settled immediately, without waiting for 15 hours. All employees are friendly. The food is quite varied (not Turkey, of course 😊). For lunch and dinner there are always chicken, beef and fish dishes, but each time cooked differently; same with potatoes, pasta, vegetables. I liked that desserts (cakes) are cut into small pieces, you can try different ones. The hotel has a tour company. Very friendly Russian girls Anna and Nadezhda will tell you everything, prompt you. The animators also liked, unobtrusive, but also funny. In addition to standard water aerobics and exercises, there is archery, darts, and board riding. And if you book through Booking (on an all-inclusive basis), then you can go kayaking for another 15 minutes. We found out about it on the last day, because. we were mistakenly given white bracelets instead of red ones. But we still managed to ride, thanks to the animator Naima, for which special thanks to her!

Our room had windows overlooking the side of the road - noise from the highway and from the air conditioner unit mounted on the ground. Also weak pressure in the soul.
Convenient location (if you rent a car). Good cuisine - the buffet is varied, dishes are brought constantly. I advise you to try an omelet with cheese for breakfast :) The girls at the counter are very sane and ready to help in any matter (they brought the sauce recipe, olive oil, etc.). The rooms are clean, the beds do not creak, the soundproofing between the rooms is excellent. Mattresses are moderately hard, two pillows - hard and soft - excellent sleep (regardless of the noise from the street) is guaranteed:) Water and linen are changed every day. There is a swimming pool. Did not use. The sea is good, not deep (about 1.7 m). It is pointless to take a mask - the water is not very clear, there are almost no living creatures (behind the buoys we saw a stingray and that's it). There are enough sunbeds on the beach, not in excess, but there was no warrior for sunbeds :) There is a gym - but there are no bars there ... there are exercise equipment, 2 tracks, and 2 sets of dumbbells. Keep this in mind Separately, I want to say about the animators - well done girls! Yoga, stretching and paddle boards (special thanks to Naina) :))) everything was super cool and positive!

Plumbing, little fruit
We rested with the family, I really liked the location of the hotel - the first line, from Ras Al Khaimah airport 20 minutes by taxi, a compact, very green area, the road to the coastline takes 3 minutes, the sea is clean and warm. The rooms are fully consistent with the photos on the site. Plumbing needs to be replaced. The hotel staff is friendly and if you have the slightest problem solves them immediately.Quality cleaning every day. The food is varied, but few fruits. There is almost no infrastructure outside the hotel. The nearest shopping center is 5 minutes by taxi. The problem of leisure is brilliantly solved by the excellent animation team of the hotel. Animation is designed for every taste and age, but of course primarily for children and teenagers. I would especially like to note the work of Naima and Vika, every day they held various sports events, played with everyone in board games. Excursion to Dubai bought at the reception from two Russian-speaking girls, Anna and Vika. We were very satisfied with the program and the quality of the trip. The hotel is recommended for a beach holiday.

I flew to this hotel by accident, about the availability of business class tickets to Dubai, bought for miles on these dates a year ago, I was reminded a month before the flight by an SMS with a five-minute change in the departure time I didn’t want to lose tickets, it was a pity, just pay I also didn’t want to transfer dates, so I had to fit into an unplanned budget. I will say about the hotel: the smell of mustiness is everywhere, all the clothes are smelly, the wife cannot wash her hair twice, and the windows do not open. Under the window overlooking the sea, an alcohol market where "wholesalers" come with licenses until 24 o'clock and constantly honk their horn. The pool is very cold, no one swims! The sea is so shallow that two hundred meters knee-deep, it is recommended for children under three years old, there is nothing for an adult to do there. Queues at the buffet, extremely limited selection of food, dirty tables, lack of tables. Depreciation of the hotel is 80 percent, for example, a wire was cut off at our phone .... room 217. There are only two elevators, wait for the trouble, the elevator is designed for 250 kg. The whole hotel was bought out by one of the tour operators, I have never seen so many people living who do not understand English even at the level of numbers in my life, and no one has canceled sandals on socks ... Individual travelers are given a red bracelet, in the hotel, except for us, everyone had white ones. There are no Russian-speaking staff, so fingers, a loud explanation in Russian or a pre-prepared leaflet are used, and the option to answer the question about the room number is simply to answer GUD. People do not hesitate to scoop up chopped onions with their hands to send dishes, stand and watch how their child takes them and puts sweets in their place .... But at the same time, there were no fights or drunk people to death, everything was quiet. Once again, all at your own expense.
Value for money, but given the low price quality corresponds. Heroic staff who tolerate such guests. Very decent alcohol for such a price for all inclusive. Every day cleaning with change of bed linen. Also the proximity of a liquor store with a cheap price for alcohol.

Dinner is a nightmare, queues at the restaurant for two hours ..... You can go to the dining room for "lunch" only once if you had lunch at 12-30, at 15 o'clock they will not give you food, and for dinner there are hungry queues for two hours daily . "Our" people take sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool early in the morning, at 9 am there are no free sunbeds!
Good hotel for your money. Rested with a child of five years and his wife in November 10 days. Dairy-free cereals and lamb were prepared for the child upon request. For breakfast, the menu is constant, but everything is edible, sausages, cheese, scrambled eggs. Dinner is ok, alcohol is so generally tasty for all inclusive. Dinner is a nightmare, queues to the restaurant for two hours ..... the hotel can not cope with landing guests for dinner from the word at all. No animators - volleyball and children's disco 15 minutes two days later on the third. But - the sea, the sun, the beach and "inexpensive" are present, can be recommended for a visit.

Little water pressure in the shower.
The hotel corresponds to 4 *. The food is delicious, for 7 days of our stay was not repeated. Fish, meat (beef, lamb, chicken) - everything is very fresh and tasty! Cakes are soft and sweet. Drinks are unlimited (even alcohol), but we drank tea and soft drinks. The beach is clean, the sea is super!, there were always enough sunbeds. Animation. Every day we played volleyball, rode sab boards, water aerobics, yoga. There are also animations for children. Many thanks to the animators Alina and Lenka (from the Czech Republic). There are no booths on the beach to change swimwear. Sometimes in the morning when you leave the hotel, an unpleasant smell appears. The cubicles in the toilet are not airtight and therefore water accumulates on the floor.
They clean the room well. Linen is changed every day. The sea is beautiful, the beach is good, the room is clean, the food is decent, the staff is polite.

The only vehicles allowed access are taxis, Uber, public transport and private vehicles presenting a unique sticker pass (Rixos Bab Al Bahr management will provide on request for their guests).
At 23:00, all major roads leading to Al Maryan Island will be completely closed. This means that after this time, no vehicles will be able to reach the hotels until the roads are reopened around 03:00 hours on January 1, 2020.
