Service in the hotel as such is non-existent. After reading more positive reviews, we decided that the first acquaintance with Cyprus will begin with this hotel ... Upon arrival at the hotel, we were not met, when we went in, at the reception 2 madams, they reacted to us as if we had been there 10 times, t No way, they went about their business, approached them and asked a question, they said that the number was ready, you can pass by circling the building on the card, the conversation ended there. Nobody bothered to see off and show the location of the house. We went on our own as in a quest 😅 according to the mark. They settled us in a pomegranate, I was just reading a review here and was in advance prepared that pomegranate is not an option for a comfortable pastime. But as it turned out, in fact, for us - a comfortable room, located on the second floor, overlooking the pool, in the morning the sun breaks through the window, who does not like to eat a thick curtain🙄. Yes, next to the restaurant, yes, opposite the stage, yes, you can hear the music, but it didn’t bother us, the music is hard to hear, the noise of the air conditioner interrupted; food did not smell; music plays exactly until 23:00 then silence sets in, the only noise is heard at night when Europeans or English teenagers gather in the restaurant and drink until late at night, but everyone on the territory hears it😫, probably except for the houses located on the second line. Teenagers behave, of course, defiantly, we understand that they go to the camp, but only without supervision, in small groups of up to 12 people, either only boys or girls. And this is everywhere in hotels in Cyprus. And you yourself understand the separation is in full. Because the staff reacts to their sometimes unbearable antics only positively and with a smile😩. They run in front of them. There are no questions about the location of the room. The room has insect ants in the bathroom, the room has a kitchen but we didn't cook. Once I saw a cockroach, in the next room the Germans often cooked, thinking that this was a consequence ... the desire to cook would disappear immediately ... Cockroaches are very large😣, running fast😲. The room is cleaned for 3, the floors are washed - dirt is simply waving in the corners, towels are changed every day. At the reception, upon check-in, you can take an adapter to the outlet on a deposit of 5 euros, without it, there is no way, the deposit is returned after the room is returned and the adapter is returned to the reception on the day of departure. A socket in supermarkets for 2 euros is sold if you need to purchase forever. We did not swim in the pool at the hotel - there was no need. We went to the beaches. The beaches are all municipal, even if the hotel is on the first line, the cost of accessories is a sunbed 2.5 euros, an umbrella 2.5 euros. the issued check contains the password for wi-fi, it is given exactly for 8 hours, and it catches only on the territory of the place where you are. Constantly flies if there are a lot of people on the beach, and this is starting from Fri. and ending Sun. it as such is not at all, on weekdays the situation is better. Cypriots come to the beach to relax with their families from early morning until evening, on weekends, if you are late, there may not be free sun loungers, they relax unobtrusively, quietly and calmly ... The food at the hotel is monotonous, of course you will not stay hungry, we are almost nothing really in the second week didn't eat. From seafood, 2 types of fish, such as pangasius, are served under different dressings, batter, that is, there are no seafood as such at all. What is left from lunch goes into salads for dinner, etc. Salads are not tasty. Once gave a duck. There is always pork. Potatoes in different variations. Free. There are types of crab balls in batter with claws, in fact, grated crab sticks. You won’t run away in the children’s menu ... nuggets and then every other time, although it seems to me that in the children’s menu they should be by default, or meat without seasonings, chicken was once, our child doesn’t eat meat in various gas stations ... By the way, about sparrows on they always have breakfast and lunch, and if you leave your plate and go for tea, for example, then a crowd of birds will immediately fly in and dig in your plate enough😲🤤😨 none of the staff will pay attention to this, and when you return, you will not continue eating suspecting what happened 🤢... The hotel area is also cleaned on a solid 3... glasses, fanatics, napkins were collected from the lawns in a couple by themselves. Regarding the night flight on the day of departure, like ours. The day before departure, you need to go to the reception and ask about extending the room, we needed it before 18:00, it cost 35 euros. We were refused with stone faces, and our arguments that we are with a child, and sitting waiting for 8 hours at the reception on hard 2 "x local sofas is not an option for us. And we agree to another number. But to delve into our problems Of course, no one did, because in this hotel, as we understand it, it is not at all part of their policy to take care of the comfort of vacationers, to take initiative when it is needed. we rented a room, in the common hall, sitting on the sofas, the first 2 hours passed unnoticed, because we watched cartoons on the laptop, then the charging ended, there is no way to recharge, because there are no sockets in the common room😂 Feeling that there is nothing to breathe, I went to the reception to ask why it’s so hot and to turn on the air conditioner for us, there are 5 of them in the hall, to which they answered that they don’t work, it’s 41 degrees outside the window for a minute, they recommended opening the window.By the way, the reception speaks English, a little Russian, in the evening Nina comes in Russian speaks better. Then came grandfather, who comes incl. air conditioning in the gym, if you went to work out, you definitely need to invite him, none of the hotel staff will take the initiative ... oh, I didn’t write about the gym, photos are uploaded here that do not correspond to reality😥, in fact, the gym is a la 90 years, the feeling basement, the smell, the condition of the gym, the condition of the exercise machines, one filthy yoga mat, one treadmill, the second with a torn canvas gathering dust in the corner. .. and now this grandfather comes and starts to repair the air conditioner, he fixed it at the beginning of the fifth, but as it turned out later after my repeated request after the repair, incl. the air conditioner is only one out of 5, and it is only opposite the reception, one for the whole hall, can you imagine?! At the beginning of the seventh evening, the boy from the bar brought a refreshing drink to the common reception desk ... no one will come up to you during the 8 hours of waiting and ask how are you? maybe you need water, etc. That is, you both drove into this institution “on your own” and leave “on your own”. About the guide. Guide Lidia - an ordinary guide sharpened to sell you a tour, in other matters relating to the island, etc., she is not competent! This hotel definitely does not pull on 4 European stars, and the price category in which it is located ... definitely we will not return to it !!! And all those diplomas that are so beautifully hung on the wall, and I had the opportunity to study them for 8 hours of waiting for the transfer, do not correspond to reality😈!…

Good day to all! Just returned from a trip. I want to write a review right away, while everything is fresh in my memory. Traveled with two families: me with my daughter 14 years old and my sister with her husband and son 11 years old. My sister was in this hotel last year, so we did not choose for a long time, but booked here. The nephew suffers from allergies, so the main criterion was the availability of a kitchen in the room. The rooms are spacious. My daughter and I had a studio, my sister had a room with a separate bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: a small ladle for porridge, a pot for soup, a small frying pan, forks, spoons, a ladle, glasses, cups, plates. Just take a board, a knife and a corkscrew with you. The furniture is not new but in good condition. The only downside is the terrible pillows. We asked, and they changed them for us with new ones. There was a little inconvenience. We lived in the plum building. This is the farthest building, but we asked to be away from the pools and the stage. Three days before entering the room we had a cloud of small midges.
I had to buy dichlorvos for 3 euros and process the railing, because. The administration just shrugged it off. They sent a technician. He lit the spirals - zero sense. Three days later, the midges themselves disappeared, it just became dry. Then they found out that it was from humidity. It had rained before our arrival and in general the spring in Cyprus turned out to be wet.
The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel BEST beach in Ayia Napa! We talked with the locals, they love this particular beach very much. Crystal water, turquoise. The entrance to the sea is soft white sand, but there are also rocky places. At the entrance to the sea there is a very long sandbank. Probably 30 meters. Further up to the buoys, it is great for adults to swim. It's just great with kids. Umbrellas and sun loungers cost 2.5 euros per unit. That is 7.5 euros for 2 sunbeds and one umbrella. This is for the whole day. When paying, they give a check with a password from Wi-Fi, also for the whole day. We left our towels on the sunbeds and went to have lunch and rest, came and lay down again in our place. On weekends, local families come to the beaches. It gets crowded and noisy, but not critical.
Next to the hotel on the right in 2 minutes walk is the cheapest supermarket (we went around everything in the area while walking). The store has everything even dumplings, sour cream, kefir, chicken and meat to cook soup. Well, all souvenirs.
When leaving the hotel to the left is a beautiful Cypriot tavern. They cook very tasty, they are interested in whether everyone liked it. Portions are big. One daughter was enough for two of us. With a man, of course, everyone needs to take it. Moussaka is prepared simply divinely. This is my favorite Cypriot dish. Everything else is great too!
The food in the hotel dining room is also very good. For breakfast, milk oatmeal porridge, simple cottage cheese and with additives, 4-5 types of cheese (try halloumi with cucumber or watermelon - this is how the locals eat it), sausages and ham (well, this is not their strong point), boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes , croissants, baked tomatoes, canned peaches and other fruits, sliced ​​orange and grapefruit (just awesome), dates, raisins, muffins, cookies and much more.
For dinner, there is always mashed soup with crackers, meat, fish, chicken, lamb, beef, pork, potatoes, rice, pasta, baked eggplant and zucchini, various salads, ice cream is always for lunch and dinner, but we took HB, and my sister had All. Drinks at the bar for all inclusive are all local. Not good quality. I didn't drink, but my sister's husband said it was so-so. There is practically no animation, in the evening there is a mini-disco for children and live music for adults sings a little.
We took an excursion to the Turkish side of Famagusta-Kerinia from Aphroditos Tours for 40 euros per person. And they themselves drove to the water park 38 euros for an adult, 24 euros for children under 12 years old. The tour was not impressive. The places are very beautiful, but they give time for 1 hour per object. It is too little. Everyone is running. We have been to Cyprus before and always took a car. We traveled many places ourselves and managed our time ourselves, which is what I wish everyone.

MOMENTS. Overbooking in the hotel is! And very tough! And not only in this hotel, but in the entire chain of Tsokos hotels! With us, people were turned to other hotels, even with small children in their arms with the words there are no places! One family was moved for three days from hotel to hotel, where there were places. At the same time, check-out from the room is at 12.00, and check-in to another one is at 14.00. And no one cares that you have been missing for the third day. It was very embarrassing for the compatriots. Before leaving, we ourselves wrote letters in English to the hotel and to the Tsokos.com website for 2 weeks with a request to exclude overbooking, because. one of the kids is on a strict diet and needs a kitchen. They didn't send us a reply. A week before departure, I wrote in Russian to the hotel, also silence. Nerves were just on edge. Having received the voucher, they called the hotel guide Lidia, she said that she would find out and asked to call back later. In the evening I called back, she answered: "So far, everything is in order on Sunday, but this happens here." It's like so far in order, but in a day it's not in order? By the way, the hotel guide Lydia is nothing at all in the truest sense of the word. For the second year in a row, she didn’t come to the meeting or was late, but we didn’t even wait. Take care of your time! When overbooking, she only throws up her hands. Doesn't help its tourists at all.
Then they themselves called the hotel and tried to confirm the reservation in English the day before departure. The answer was the same: "So far so good." When we were brought to the hotel, and we saw cards with our last names at the reception, my sister and I almost burst into tears of happiness. Think a hundred times! Do you need such nerves? This is the entire Tsokos hotel chain that does exactly that with Russian tourists! The English come and they are never resettled. They know their rights! Do not sign anything, do not move anywhere, threaten that you will write a claim and demand compensation through the court. Call the tourist police - they are the ones who deal with such issues. Demand a paper from the hotel that says that you have been replaced by the hotel. The most important thing is that at least someone knows English language and could communicate. The very name "Paradise Village" indicates that here you will not find multi-storey noisy buildings.

The whole complex is a scattering of bungalows surrounded by greenery. These houses are two-story, and if you are with children, ask for a basement level so that the child can go out on the grass to run right from the room.

But it’s good on the second floor too: you can sleep with the balcony door open. Bungalows, although located close to each other, but also insulated with a living fence, so that an atmosphere of comfort and privacy is created.

The resort was built in 2004, so in some bungalows you can find old furniture. But repairs (including major ones) in Tsokos Paradise Village are not uncommon.

For 2019, many bungalows have been completely renovated. Plumbing, fixtures, etc. work very well. No living creatures were noticed, since fumigation from mosquitoes and midges is regularly carried out here.

Bungalows are named after plants (Passion Fruit, Banana, Olive, etc.), but they also have numbers. If you come with a child, ask at the reception for houses from 10 to 16. These bungalows are located away from the dance floor, and from the road, and from the bar.

Rooms are divided into two categories: studio (bedroom combined with dining area) and apartments ONE BEDROOM (bedroom and living room). These rooms are spacious.(30 and 45 sq.m. respectively). Their photos on the site are completely true. Interestingly, the TV broadcasts, among others, 2 Russian channels, and one of them is for children, "Carousel", with cartoons. There are rugs on the stone floors, so that the child's feet will not be cold. From household appliances, in addition to the mentioned TV, there are:

The sockets here are European, and at the reception they give an adapter for free. Cleaning, as tourists assure, is normal, wet. The maids can even wash the dishes in the sink. Towels are changed every day. Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid– for two devices about 24 euros per week.

At the Tsokos Paradise Ayia Napa hotel, my husband and I rested in October, at this time there is no strong heat. Initially there was a problem with the number. We settled in an apartment on the first floor, there was a stage behind the wall. Music blared from morning to night. In addition to this, ants were running around the room. We complained and we were moved to a room in the Avacado building on the second floor.
With the exception of this incident, we liked everything in the hotel. Service is excellent, toiletries and linen changed daily. The food is excellent, we took breakfast and dinner. The dishes were dizzying.

Vivid impressions were left from the show of dancing fountains. The tour took half a day with a visit to the aquarium, the fish museum, the ghost town of Famagusta. At the end we had dinner and the fountain show itself. In Ayia Napa, be sure to visit the ancient monastery and the Museum of the Sea. In general, our trip to Cyprus was a success. Tsokos Paradise Village is ideal for family vacation. We rested in it with children 3 and 5 years old in early September 2015. The hotel is located on the edge of the city of Ayia Napa, not far from Landa beach. We were seated pretty quickly. At the reception they took an adapter for sockets. The room was on the second floor with a bedroom, living room and kitchen, which is very convenient when there are children. The kitchen has everything you need: an electric kettle, a hob, dishes, pots and pans. I cooked soup and porridge for the children for lunch. The furniture in the room is a little old, but it didn't really matter. Cleaned carefully, changed linen and towels daily.
The food is wonderful. Breakfasts are monotonous, but there were so many dishes at dinner that in 12 days we did not have time to try everything. Desserts - you will lick your fingers. Small children are offered high chairs. If you ask, they will also give you a blender. There is a children's menu, but it's more like fast food: nuggets, french fries and pizza. Free alcohol and drinks only if you have "all inclusive". Since the hotel is out of the way, you can eat nearby only in a tavern, but there is free internet. Children can have fun on the playground or in the pool. The sea is gorgeous, turquoise, clean. The entrance to the water is gentle. Children played in the paddling pool formed by stones on the left side of the beach.
From entertainment, I advise you to visit the water park. We really enjoyed. You can get there either by bus or on foot in 20 minutes. There are many different slides, there is no crowding of people, a very good playground for children. We visited the fish museum and the aquarium. The children were delighted with the penguins. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
