I'll start with the fact that for a long time I doubted the choice of a hotel, because before that we had a rest in the 5th place SEA SIDE for 3 years in a row, which is the opposite. Therefore, the choice before us was not an easy one, but because of the views and our favorite place, we decided to take a chance and did not regret it at all! After reading the reviews, we booked a junior suite. I liked the number 509th, large, divided into two zones, the view from the balcony to the bay and the favorite stone. Slippers, bathrobes, kettle, tea, coffee, everything was there. The bar was replenished daily: water, beer, juices A bottle of wine and fruit too. the truth is for some reason on the second day. So, if you are used to comfort, then take either Superior or Suite. Safe and wifi in the room for free.Now about the territory, it is simply huge, there is a lot of greenery and a big advantage of the hotel is its own beach. The beach is concrete, but the sunbeds and umbrellas on it are free! For those who like to snorkel deep right away, the water is clear. emerald. there are many fish. In addition to this beach, there are two more. We didn’t go to the sand and pebble for the kids, we just swam from the concrete. You can go down to the two beaches by elevator, which is important for the elderly and vacationers with children. Not to mention the fact that she is just a beauty, she always solved any of our questions with a smile. starting from the raptor from mosquitoes. which we have. and ending with the extension of the number. Once again, a huge efharisto to her !!! But I would not say that about the hotel guide Arina. as soon as she realized. that we won’t take excursions and a car from her (the 4th time on the island we ourselves go everywhere) she even stopped saying hello. there was not even a smile on his face! She fooled us several times. but I will write about it on the Mouzenidos website. whose guide she is. We were at the hotel from 28.09 to 09.10.2019. Ellinair flew, as always, arrival and departure strictly on schedule. About vacationers: 50% of our compatriots, the other half are French and Dutch. The contingent is different ... Hello. I would like to separately thank the maid, cooks, bartenders, receptionists for their hospitality. What I can’t say about the staff of Mouzenidis (Russian) Maria and her husband😕 There was no positive solution to any of the problems. Although they smiled sweetly, promised to help and asked to enter into their situation, in the end we have nothing to do with it, go talk to the reception yourself. At the time of the insured event, they said to call the doctor yourself from your phone. If something is wrong in the room, it's not us, it's the hotel. During working hours, there may not be any of the staff of the Russian Mouzenidis. In general, a fairly good hotel, but there are difficulties with children. The hotel has great views and many other pluses.
