Price (2400 rubles / day is expensive for a room of 5 sq.m. and with a toilet 1.2 X 1.1 with a dwarf bath). There is only one socket in the room (they gave a tee) and one wall lamp (barely illuminates). The absence of a TV (it stands on a common veranda for this building, but it is 25 years old and it shows terribly). The territory is not processed from mosquitoes (it was from May 5 to May 10 and mosquitoes bit in the evening).

Summer rooms, with access to the street (we were in November), washed bed linen, old furniture, tiny cold bathroom, lack of normal hangers in the closet. And most importantly, incorrect information about the location. It was stated that it is located very close to Chersonese and not far from the center of Sevastopol. In fact, it turned out that to Khersones on foot 40 minutes, to the center of Sevastopol 15 minutes by transport + 10 minutes to go to the bus stop. I would like more credibility.

Location from beaches and city center. The nearest bus stop is 10 minutes walk. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the beaches by bus. Walk to the next 30 minutes, very hard to walk in the heat.

Not very far from the center. It is quiet around, as these are private houses with plots, and not urban high-rise buildings. Breakfast is acceptable - porridge + egg or sausage or cheese.
Difficulty getting to a stop public transport- a country road with pebbles and puddles, up and down. We walked a couple of times, and then only by car. I did not like the rooms - a terrible smell of mustiness, even the freshener bought did not save. The room is small - we took it for 3 people (1 adult and 2 children), when you unfold the chair-bed, you can’t go to the closet anymore, the front door opens with difficulty. Everything is very dirty - there are crushed spiders on the walls, linen and towels with stains of other colors (white - with red stains, and pink - with yellow), a table next to the pool, it seems that it has not been washed since the day of purchase a long time ago. If we had known at least half of the shortcomings in advance, we would never have gone there.
