The real me, being the customer tourism services that are part of the tourist product, and an authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, I give my consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of the persons (tourists) contained in the Application: last name, first name, patronymic, date and place birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; address of residence and registration; home and mobile phone; E-mail address; as well as any other data relating to my personality and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, to the extent necessary for the implementation and provision of tourist services, including those that are part of the tourist product formed by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and data of persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without using such tools, if the processing of personal data without using such funds corresponds to the nature of the actions (about transactions) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows, in accordance with a given algorithm, to search for personal data recorded on a tangible medium and contained in file cabinets or other systematized collections of personal data, and / or access to such personal data, and also for the transfer (including cross-border) of these personal data to the Tour Operator and third parties - partners of the Agent and the Tour Operator.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour operator and direct service providers) in order to fulfill this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement, for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claim issues when they arise, providing information to authorized state bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).

Then we were loaded back into the bus and taken to the airport, here we were again shaken up by all things, and an interesting detail is that if you are a family, they let you in, and if you are friends, they put you aside and let you in for registration after the family! (Not related to the hotel) If you are coming here from TUI, then I would not recommend buying excursions from them, because. they were the worst from an organizational point of view in my experience. Let me explain what is wrong - you are always taken to big bus(more than 40 places), and this hotel is located the latest on the coastline, i.e. in most cases, you are picked up among the very first (then they go to all the hotels to collect other tourists, the maximum time that we spent on such fees was about two hours), and they are brought in the very last, taking everyone else first. On the first tour, you are still interested and you look around, but on the second and third, you can hardly stand all these stops. Also, a lot of time on excursions is spent on trips to all sorts of souvenir shops, etc. Further, upon arrival at the venue, you will have a quick jog through the sights, and the same road to the hotel. Secondly, you are entitled to 2 drinks per person for lunch and dinner, let's say 2 cans of cola or 2 juices, in the morning juices / teas are free. I must say that a jug of water is placed on the table during meals. Breakfasts (fried eggs with fillings, boiled baked vegetables, sausage cuts and cheeses, fruits can be seen more often in the morning. Cereals, yogurts, dry breakfasts, in general, breakfast was more difficult with lunches. It’s not customary to take a lunch bag here, if we came more often in the middle of it, there were only Russians.Soups (sometimes 2 types) garnishes of several types, ready-made, fish, chicken and sometimes lamb, the cook was in no hurry to go out to grill something and had to be adjusted, and this is how they do chicken and beef on skewers. Dinners are plentiful, sometimes they even make them themed, as I understand it. This is where your "all inclusive" ends, cocktails on the beach - pay, a bottle of water - pay. Our vacation became a little easier when I read that not far from our the rooms have an ice machine, in the room they either filled a bucket, or collected ice in a sports bottle and took it to the beach.
Upon check-in, we received a room with 2 beds, we were changed to one large bed without question, there was no question of the view from the room, we were satisfied with the patio and some mountains. The entrance to the sea is terrible, I don’t know that they covered it with sand, stones and it looks more like a small paddock. Again, nowhere to swim. I was driving across the Red Sea in the hope of diving, there are several stones at a very shallow depth near the hotel, a few fish, but behind the pontoon I almost ran into a moray eel.
Our guide met with us on the second day, we bought a trip to Petra (the price was $ 190 then like if you pay today 160) I don’t know what would be better, take a transfer for 60 and walk there ourselves and provide ourselves with food or dubious tour. We left in the morning, looking at other hotels for vacationers, we realized that we had chosen a good hotel. Those who paid only a transfer of $ 60 also pay an entrance ticket there, in my opinion about $ 50, in general, the savings are doubtful. You won’t be able to ride under the fools, the guide remembers milestones and without hesitation will ask those who have not paid for the tour to leave. Be sensible to your abilities, it's hot and hard, take money with you - buy and drink some water, there are toilets all the way where you can wash and wet your head, take a second bottle for washing along the way, it helps a lot when it gets very hot. Petra is worth seeing since you are already in this country, there are a lot of dirty Bedouins, all horseback riding is paid, for those who are tired of always going to the aid of a wagon, but it will cost a lot. About the fact that their children should not be given any equipment for taking a photo of you in a good perspective, there can be no talk, although a semblance of their police is walking around there. Going back is much harder than walking, we saw only a small part of it, of course, there is not even a week there. On the way back we were taken to Petra's movenpick hotel..... terrible food, it was a mockery of everyone....
Next door to our hotel, Marina Plaza, there is a certain Tala Bay (like a resort area), there are shops and an alcohol market, including prices are adequate, they bought whiskey there, there is only one problem ... As our guide said, our hotel forbade anything strangers entered its territory and they, in turn, made it so that we had to pay 10 dinars for the passage back and forth per person. There are guards on the beach. They don’t run after everyone strictly, they didn’t notice for the first time, we bought everything, we return, the guard fusses - he writes 25 dinars on his palm, they simply answered in Russian that they didn’t understand him and missed him. The second time we decided not to go across the beach, there were some problems, but by that time I felt so bad from the heat that I just muttered that I was feeling bad and I was going to the store. A free bus runs from the hotel several times a day to the city of Akkaba, there are restaurants and a shop, you don’t need to sign up, but the gypsies are loaded into these shuttles with the whole village and sometimes suitcases to the top, tune in that you can’t fit in, although there was such that they served a second . A taxi costs about 7-8 dinars. The central place, as usual, is near McDonalds, by the way, I have never eaten more free and cold food, although it’s not shameful to get grilled chicken and put it right there.
About Pegasus and the transfer of the flight is a separate pleasure, we were evicted at 12-00, but the flight was rescheduled for us at 23-15, we were homeless until 20-00 at the hotel, since they didn’t take the cards for towels, the plane was late by 45 minutes, a separate pleasant surprise, no one said anything, and they wrote on the scoreboard that everything would be on time.
In general, a one-time trip, if you do not dream of Petra, then it is better not to visit this country. The heat at this time of the year is unbearable, and for that kind of money you can get a better and higher quality vacation.
