Hotel beach
The hotel has its own area on the city beach. It is shared with the Cleopatra Tac Hotel. Cleopatra Beach in Turkey today is considered the most picturesque and equipped in the region. There is a myth that may be based on historical facts: they say that Mark Antony himself equipped this beach in order to receive his eminent beloved Cleopatra with maximum imperial comfort.
For a couple of centuries, the legend that sand was brought here from Egypt was diligently planted and maintained. Scientists have found that the sand on the beach of Cleopatra in Turkey is identical to the sand on the shores of Egypt and North Africa.
Of course, the veracity of this information is unlikely to be verified. But the very fact that the city beach of Alanya is considered one of the most comfortable and popular in the region already says a lot. The sand on the coast is mixed with small pebbles. Because of this, the sea water is clean and transparent, even despite the high waves.
Also, this beach is one of the cleanest and most well-groomed in all of Turkey, it is a well-deserved winner of the prestigious Blue Flag award. Hotel services: free services, entertainment, sports options
Service is often a "litmus test" of the quality of the hotel as a whole. Even the newest, fancy luxury hotel can ruin its ratings due to lame service. In Tac Premier Hotel & SPA, the service for children is not as diverse as in some hotels in Alanya, but it is still sufficiently developed to provide the little tourists with the necessary comfort.
A baby cot for children up to 3 years old can be ordered free of charge. The restaurant has high chairs. There is a children's pool and playground on site.
The hotel has children's animators, but there is no babysitting, as well as no mini club, stroller rental, children's menu, water slides, etc.
Note that Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4* is not the best choice for travelers with children from 0 to 4 years old. But for schoolchildren, the hotel is ideal. After all, they are already interested in excursions, trips to the zoo, water park, mountains, shopping center, etc. and will be able to fully appreciate the advantages of the hotel's location.
09/02/2019 I arrived at this hotel with my wife. We arrived earlier than 12.00, filled out the card at the reception and calmly waited in the lobby for check-in at 14.00. By the time of check-in, quite a lot of guests had already arrived and at first it was not clear in what order they would all settle us. But we are "lucky". The hospitable receptionists of this hotel themselves called us first, issued one key card and escorted us to our room 613 in the same block as the reception. At first I didn’t understand where they were taking us, because we didn’t walk along the corridor where all the rooms are located, but somewhere in a corner that looked more like a utility room. There is a gap of 3 cm between the door and the doorway, because a normal hotel cannot have such an entrance to the room. The door could not open properly because it hit the bed!!! The room is so small that apart from the bed, nothing could physically fit there. There is also a sliding wardrobe, the doors of which do not open in either direction (what is the use of it?). The room is located in such a wilderness that even Wi-Fi does not reach it. There is also no safe. For interest, we went into the room to those who were settled after us. All of the above disadvantages are absent. How the good-natured hotel staff determined that we were worthy of this kennel remains a mystery, and even the very first ones were shoved there. At the reception there is a Russian-speaking representative of the Alexandra Hotel. We contacted her with a question about relocation. Out of ignorance, we used the toilet and because of this, now we cannot be relocated, as a general cleaning of the room is required. As soon as we calmed down, the next day a note was placed next to our room asking us to come to Alexandra. We approached. Alexandra immediately informed us that it would be about our negative review. They also solved our problem with the kennel, but my review did not say about it. Therefore, we were threatened with either I delete the review or we are relocated back to the kennel. To be honest, I went nuts. Instead of apologizing and somehow trying to make amends for our joint, they threaten to overpower us back. I refused to delete the review, but agreed to supplement it (it would be objective and honest). This option did not suit Alexander, she demanded to change the review so that it was more positive.
