Rested with my husband in this hotel is not the first time. We used to take villa wing, this time we took a bungalow. The room is good, large, but due to the lack of overhead lighting it is a bit dark. Excellent sun loungers on the terrace, 2 steps to the sea, but there is one remark. The hotel pulls in service for 3 stars in Europe. Sunbeds and tables by the pool and on the sea apparently do not wash, they are always sticky (washed only by rain). The breakfast tables are poorly cleaned. No fresh juices for breakfast in a cheap fruit country... The rooms are dated. I booked a room for two adults and a child of 10 years old, at the entrance they were additionally asked to pay for an extra bed for the child. (i.e., according to the offer on booking, it meant that a 10-year-old child would sleep with us in a common bed?!) I have never seen anything like this anywhere else in the world. They refused to leave the room late, although no one moved into the room until the evening. Everything is formal. My daughter wanted to dance Zumba (a lesson by the pool), the animator said that the lesson was for adults, I insisted on letting her in, in the end he let her in, but ignored it. There were no other guests, 2 animators with their backs to my daughter were dancing zumba on their own.

Rest for the third time. The hotel consistently holds a high bar in everything. Very good breakfasts. Great variety of food and excellent quality. Well-groomed territory, sunbeds under the trees (in the heat with the active sun a huge plus). Clean rooms where everything works. And of course the staff who go the extra mile. We come to this hotel for the second time and we are convinced that this is a very good hotel both in terms of location and service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The sea view at breakfast and from the room is superb!

Great hotel for families with children and not only. Own sunbeds, maximum proximity to the sea, various cafes, opposite the 7 eleven store. We rested at the end of May 2019, despite the end of the season in Tai, the weather is just magical and completely calm on the sea. It seemed to me that the hotel was half full and that was a big plus. I recommend the hotel and the time of year when you need to fly to Thailand.

Located away from walking places, there is nowhere to go in the evening. We were disappointed with the dirty sea and the coast without umbrellas and sun loungers. You can lie on sun loungers only on the territory of the hotel behind a barrier of boulders and stones. To the sea you have to go down the stairs. Sun loungers without mattresses, which does not add comfort. The beds and pillows in the deluxe are also hard. A deposit of 5 thousand baht was an unpleasant surprise for us.

Everything is great in the hotel itself: a beautiful, well-groomed and very green area, two large swimming pools, a varied and delicious breakfast. But in the evenings boredom, there is practically nowhere to go.

I lived in a bungalow, but this is not a bungalow, but a shed that is not worth the money. Let's start with the fact that this barn has an interior wooden door inside - this is the entrance to the neighbors. This door is locked shut. As you understand, there is no sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors opening soda bottles, shuffling slippers, yawning, talking. At 22:00, the sewer is drained, the smell in the house is such that it hurts the eyes! Swarms of mosquitoes fly in the house, the repellents that are given out at the hotel do not help, so take fumitoxes with you, or buy products in the nearest stores. A huge cockroach once appeared in my shed in the shower room, after cleaning the room it did not disappear, I had to call the reception to eliminate it. It is dark in the shed, there is no overhead lighting, only 2 bedside lamps, a floor lamp opposite the bed and a table lamp near the entrance. As for breakfast - it would seem that everything is there, and soups, and hearty dishes such as chicken and eggplant, but only scrambled eggs and sausages are tasty. Sun loungers on the beach and around the pool take before breakfast. On Bang Tao you can find hotels cheaper and much better.

But in general, of course, shame on the Thais. Hotel: cleaning the room through the sleeves, despite the tip. Lazybones, nothing more to say. Air conditioners are evil, almost not adjustable. Be careful with children. Take pajamas for everyone, maybe even light caps for children. It's stuffy to sleep without air conditioning, it's cold with him. Breakfast: nothing. uniform minimum. If you want frills, then this is not here. Although there are no questions about freshness. For children, it is better to bring complementary foods with you in jars, etc. Sanitation is ok. Take a walk: the territory of the hotel is small, everything is very tight. Mass entertainment is far and expensive. There is nothing for children to do except the children's room. Up the beach (approx. 400m) there are hotels with water slides and infrastructure for kids. You can get there easily if you mix with the guests.
